Matthew Flood was raised in Las Vegas, NV. for 25 years. After
graduating high school, he continued his education at UNLV majoring in
Business Administration. The opportunity allowed him to join his
fathers' CPA firm in Las Vegas in 1985 where he received most of his
accounting and tax representation training and education. During his
tenure there he increased his knowledge of tax law and earned his
Enrolled Agent license. While working at this firm, Matt was married
and started a family of three children.
In 1992, the Floods decided to raise their family in a small town atmosphere and relocated to Bellingham, WA where Matt started his own Accounting and Tax preparation business.
There Matt became actively involved in the local parks and recreation
where he became a local baseball/softball umpire with fifteen years
experience behind the plate.
Matt has relocated back to California
where his extended family lives. Here he is continuing to work in
accounting, tax and consulting industry as he has for his entire adult
life.
